Baseline Tennis Shipping Guidelines
Around how long does it take for orders to be delivered?
- Standard Delivery - We ship out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only
- Standard Delivery within Metro Manila - 2 to 4 business days after we hand it to the courier
- Standard Delivery for Provincial Orders: 5 to 8 business days after we hand it to the courier
- Express Delivery (Lalamove)
- Next Day Delivery around Metro Manila - Monday to Friday only for all orders confirmed and paid after 10 am.
- Same Day Delivery around Metro Manila - Monday to Friday only for all orders confirmed and paid before 10 am.
Kindly Note:
- We try and process orders as quickly as possible, but we do ask for up to 24 hours to finish processing.
- Processing and delivery times may take longer during sale periods, holidays & extreme weather.
- Please also note that any delay on the courier’s side is beyond our control.
Will I Get a Tracking Number?
- An email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed/dispatched to the courier.
- You may start tracking your order the next business day after we hand it to the courier.
- Please email us at info@baselinetennis.ph if you did not receive your tracking number with the shipment notification (some messages get directed to spam/promotions inbox).
